Multi-disciplinary by nature
You will not work in a silo. Project management, engineering and integrated design sit side by side, on the same projects, in the same room.

Retail, offices and hospitality projects delivered across Europe and beyond, for clients who expect the highest standard. Flagship stores, boutique hotels, shopping centres, corporate headquarters.
An international language
Most of our clients are international companies. English is the working language of many of our projects, the approach is anglo-saxon, the knowledge is local. ARB registered and RIBA chartered architects are part of the team.

Project Architect
Milan · Full time
You will follow retail and hospitality projects from concept to site, working inside a team that includes engineers and project managers. Fluent English and experience with international clients are essential; a portfolio that shows how you think, not only what you drew, matters more than years.
- Degree in Architecture, professional registration
- 3+ years on retail, office or hospitality projects
- Concept, developed and technical design
- Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe suite
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Availability to travel across Europe
Project Manager
Milan · Full time
You will lead complex hi-end projects on behalf of international clients: brief, programme, team coordination, cost and risk. Most of our project managers come from an architectural background, and that is the profile we prefer.
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 5+ years in project or construction management
- Programme, cost planning and contract administration
- Experience with retail roll-outs or fit-out programmes
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Site presence and travel
MEP Engineer
Milan · Full time
Integrated design means engineers sit at the table from day one. You will design and coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on retail, office and hospitality projects, working directly with architects and cost managers.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years in building services design
- HVAC, electrical and plumbing design and coordination
- Revit MEP, AutoCAD, calculation software
- Good English
Internship
Milan · 6 months
A structured internship for recent graduates in architecture or engineering. You will be assigned to a project team, not to a desk, and follow real work from the first week.
- Master’s degree obtained within the last 12 months
- Revit and AutoCAD basics
- Good English
- Curiosity, and the patience to learn the method
