An International
Oriented Practice

This is probably the best way to describe SPI. Most of our Clients are International Companies, to whom we provide multi-disciplinary local knowledge and expertise, filtered through “anglo-saxon” approach, method and language.

Expert Professionals

Dedication to the highest level of professional excellence is evident in every aspect of our work, training and the expertise of our consultants. Our high record of repeat business and long term relationships with clients is a source of pride.

Our consultant teams benefit from a variety of backgrounds, qualifications and experience from all sectors of the construction and property sectors.

To enable us to successfully provide our broad spectrum of key business focused services, we invest in continuous training, education and development of our staff.

SPI international vocation is also reinforced by having ARB registered and RIBA chartered architects among its staff.

Consultancy Group

Our teams maintain their broad and in-depth industry knowledge through research and benchmarking, as well as undertaking new core research in conjunction with universities and other centres of excellence.

Whatever service a client chooses it can count on the expert knowledge of our consultants who know the construction and property industries intimately – people who can find solutions.

All of our consultancy work has one thing in common -“ to effectively identify and manage the change necessary to create advantage, improve efficiencies, minimise risk, and secure value for money”.

Most important of all, we encourage innovation and continual refinement of our approach and consultancy services to match the needs and usually exceed the expectations of our clients.

Quality &
Sustainability

We are fully committed to Quality and Client Satisfaction. Our approach is strongly influenced by sustainability and green awareness.

SPI’s Quality Management System has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003. SPI is furthermore ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, and has been given a PLATINUM Sustainability Rating by EcoVadis.

Client Satisfaction

We are fully committed to Quality and Client satisfaction.
SPI‘s quality plans ensure that activities are ruled by comprehensive method statements and procedures, and controlled all through the process.

SPI treats every commission as a unique challenge, and after nearly 70 years our philosophy remains to provide all our clients with excellence services.

Our Quality Management System enables SPI to fulfil our Clients needs and aspirations, achieving the highest standard design and quality, on time and within cost.

SPI has a reputation for delivering services which comprehensively satisfy and exceed our Clients’ targets. We aim to bring tried and tested solutions to your project, with an on-going goal to continually improve our service with new innovative approaches.

We have considerable pride in the remarkable success that has been achieved on most appointments, where the “principles” of our philosophy have been used. This success is attributable to the pro-active approach we take towards any assignment, whereby the Client is kept fully informed at all times.

Our approach, and the procedures and systems outlined, are sufficiently flexible to ensure they can be adapted to any specific requirement or existing client system.

SPI’s QMS is certified according with ISO EN 9001 standards since January 2003.

Sustainability

SPI approach to integrated design is strongly influenced by sustainability, and green awareness.

The delivery of a holistic sustainable design sits at the centre of SPI’s design philosophy.

We fully support the aim of designing physical objects, the built environment and services to comply with the principles of economic, social, and ecological sustainability.

These principles are applicable to any aspect of our services: from planning to interior design.

Green concept design:
Reclaimed materials, recycled finishes, re-played and re-used elements of the former site may become accent points of a new concept and, in some cases, represent its one leit-motiv and reason.

In 2006 we adopted the “Environmental Standard for Retail Development” procedure, to inform, survey and audit the sustainability and green awareness of our projects.

We have experienced this approach in various contexts: from hi-end luxury flagship stores to boutique hotels, from pure office space-planning, to shopping centre mall design, with repeated success in all fields.
